Thanks for your interest in STEMtacular 2027! STEMtacular will take place in Ballinamore, Co. Leitrim, on Thursday 25th and Friday 26th February 2027, with schools attending on one of the two days. The deadline for entries is Friday 20th November 2026. Spaces may be limited, so early registration is encouraged. We hope to welcome you and your pupils to STEMtacular in February!
Irish American Partnership Access Fund
Schools may apply for support towards transport costs. Funding will be prioritised for schools travelling 30km or more. Schools travelling less than 30km may still apply, but funding is not guaranteed. Support will depend on distance travelled, demand and available funds.
A photographer and videographer will be present at STEMtacular. Photographs, video and/or sound recordings may be taken during the event and may be used by STEMtacular for promotional and documentation purposes.
Schools are responsible for obtaining the appropriate parent/guardian consent for pupils participating in STEMtacular. Participation Consent and Media Release Forms will be sent to registered schools closer to the event and will also be available on our website. Completed forms should be retained by the school.
Pupils who do not have permission to be photographed or filmed can still participate fully in STEMtacular. We simply ask that schools notify the STEMtacular team in advance so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
